The International Competency-based Health Professions Education Collaborative

The ICBHPE collaborative (also know as ICBME or ICBE collaborative) is an international group of scholars in health professions education, active for over twenty years, organizing monthly online meetings and facilitating international symposia and conferences. The Collaborative has made significant contributions to the international development of competency-based health professions education and to the scientific literature in this field. By supporting these activities, the Foundation promotes international knowledge exchange, collaboration and the further professionalization of health professions education. The University of Edinburgh

The Foundation collaborates with the University of Edinburgh in the support of Individuals seeking a Master’s degree in Clinical Education.

Association of Medical Schools in Europe AMSE

The Foundation collaborates with AMSE, transitioning the hosting of EPA courses from AMSE to the Foundation in 2027.
