HPE Research support
The HPE Entrust Foundation believes that high-quality educational research should be produced by and accessible to the international community, regardless of where it is conducted. Sharing educational innovations and research findings contributes to better health professions education worldwide and helps ensure that valuable perspectives from all regions are represented in the scientific literature. The Foundation aims to support upcoming HPE scholars, particularly in LMICs, in their trajectory from a research question to publication, through consultation, mentoring and publication support.
Article Processing Charges, APCs, can create a significant barrier for educators and researchers, particularly in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). While many publishers offer full or partial fee waivers, these are not always available or sufficient. Financial support may be provided for publication fees, after other funding opportunities, institutional support and publisher waiver programs have been exhausted.
More information will be published on this webpage in the near future.
